For Schools

Wellbeing support that fits real school life

Wolf Academy works alongside schools to create safe, meaningful spaces for students — with structure that supports teachers.

Modern Masculinity

What does it mean to be a young man today?

Cormac speaks on Ireland AM about the importance of mentorship and guidance for young men today.

Our videos, workbook exercises and conversation prompts encourage boys to discuss these topics in SPHE class and build confidence, resilience, and a deeper understanding of themselves and others.

HOW IT WORKS

We support students to build real wellbeing skills

LEARN

Our online video lessons are specifically designed to engage young people’s interest around important wellbeing topics.

Students hear real stories and new perspectives.

REFLECT

We provide physical journals, pdf workbooks and online quizzes for students to reflect on what they are learning.

They process it and apply it to their own life.

CONNECT

Teachers receive video lessons and an easy-to-use manual to help them facilitate further discussions in the classroom.

Students then share and discuss with their peers.

TRUSTED BY SCHOOLS IN IRELAND AND BEYOND

Junior Cycle Workshops

These 90-minute workshops are designed to be fun, engaging and deeply meaningful, helping younger students explore topics such as Respect, Being Real, Resilience and Responsibility.

Through energising games, movement and interactive activities, our facilitators engage students from the very beginning. Personal storytelling and guided reflection then create a safe space for deeper learning and authentic connection.

Rather than simply talking about wellbeing, students experience it. Through role play, discussion and practical exercises, they develop empathy, respect, resilience and responsibility in ways that feel real and lasting.

Students will:

  • Develop greater emotional awareness and resilience.

  • Build healthier relationships through empathy and respect.

  • Gain practical tools to manage challenges and difficult emotions.

  • Increase confidence, self-awareness and a stronger sense of identity.

  • Leave feeling more connected to themselves and their classmates.

Respect
Learning to value themselves, others and the world around them.

Being Real
Exploring identity, values and becoming their authentic self.

Resilience
Building emotional strength and healthy ways to respond to challenges.

Responsibility
Taking ownership of choices, actions and their impact on others

Senior Cycle Mentoring Circles

These two-hour mentoring circles provide a safe, supportive space for Transition Year, 5th Year and 6th Year students to explore the challenges and opportunities of adolescence.

While each circle is shaped by the interests and needs of the group, they are guided by one or two of Wolf Academy's six core themes: Connection, Communication, Compassion, Creativity, Courage and Confidence.

Through honest storytelling and authentic conversation, our facilitators share their own experiences of growing up, creating a genuine connection with students. This openness, combined with a confidential and respectful group environment, encourages young people to discuss topics they may never have felt comfortable sharing before.

Using a blend of storytelling, sharing circles, guided visualisations, mindfulness, movement practices and reflective exercises, students are supported to feel safe, seen, heard and valued. From this foundation, they begin to recognise their own strengths, deepen their relationships and move towards the person they are capable of becoming.

Students will:

  • Develop greater emotional awareness and a deeper connection with themselves.

  • Strengthen their communication skills and learn to express healthy boundaries with confidence.

  • Cultivate greater self-compassion, reducing self-criticism and promoting healthier choices.

  • Discover their creativity as a source of self-expression, purpose and possibility.

  • Build the courage to face challenges, step beyond their comfort zone and embrace growth.

  • Develop genuine self-confidence grounded in self-awareness, authenticity and trust in themselves.

Connection

Developing a deeper connection with their body, emotions and intuition, while learning how to build meaningful relationships with others and foster a stronger connection to the natural world.

Communication (and Consent)

Learning to communicate with honesty and respect, listen with empathy, resolve conflict constructively, and express healthy boundaries while understanding the importance of consent.

Compassion

Cultivating kindness, acceptance and understanding towards themselves, others and the Earth, creating the foundations for healthier relationships and communities.

Creativity

Unlocking their creative potential to express themselves, solve problems, generate new ideas and contribute positively to the world around them.

Courage

Building the strength to face challenges, move beyond fear, embrace discomfort and take meaningful action aligned with their values.

Confidence

Developing genuine self-belief through self-awareness, practice and courage, enabling them to trust themselves and realise their potential.
