The journey that sparked Wolf Academy
After graduating from Trinity College with a degree in Management Science, Cormac Noonan went on to work as an IT Consultant for Accenture. He soon felt unfulfilled in this job, decided to quit and went travelling for 2 and a half years through Canada, the US and Central America.
At the age of 27, with his visa almost up, Cormac wanted to find clarity on his purpose before returning to Ireland.
He undertook an 1800km cycle from Montréal to the east coast, hoping the time alone would give him the space to hear his inner guidance.
While sleeping on a park bench one night on Prince Edward Island, he awoke with the idea to bring much needed wellbeing solutions to schools back home. And hence the idea for Wolf Academy was born.
Since 2020, Cormac and his team at Wolf Academy have delivered wellbeing and personal development programmes to over 15,000 students and teachers in schools and colleges across Ireland and in the EU.
Wolf Academy's mission is to integrate effective wellbeing solutions into education so that young people have all of the tools, knowledge, experiences and motivation they need to live happy and healthy lives and reach their potential.
